The bed in the master, middle floor bedroom was horrible. It really needs to be replaced. However, we very much enjoyed the other aspects of the home.

We had a great time. The only concern was the lack of water in the lake at our cabin. We had to make other arrangements to dock our boat. The cabin was clean and any repairs were taken care of promptly. We look forward to retuning next year.

The home offers lots of shade with a shady deck as well as a sunny deck - upstairs bedrooms small and warm, but overall a great location and real estate office very helpful!

We have stayed in Bass Lake for the past 7 summers, and 5 of those times we have stayed in this property. It is a great location, with a nice private dock. The house is beginning to show some need for love and repair, but is nice overall.

We have stayed in this house for 4 years, and we love it. There are a few things at the house that are in need of repair, and it hasn't been worked on in the last few years, but it is a pretty nice place. When the water level is down there is a nice sandy beach and when the water is high you can't feel the grassy bottom, so either way it is a nice place to swim. The rooms are cute and it sleeps all of us nicely.

Would definitely want to stay here again, but feel we could do a much better cleaning the house than what we are charged. Also, basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) should be provided, or make very clear that they are not provided.
