The cottage has a loft bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen and large deck overlooking the lake. Both the deck and the patio area are safe for children. Enjoy an almost flat beach area (very small slope) to access the lake and your private dock. Located in the Willow Cove area of Bass Lake, this home provides you with a lakefront experience for you and your extended family at an affordable price. Since the kitchen in the lower unit is so small it is almost necessary to use the kitchen in the cottage also. It gets so hot in there using the oven you would think the place would catch on fire and it takes so long to cool off that its almost impossable to sleep in there. It would be wonderful if a portable A/C could be installed. Other than that we love the house and the location. We rent another cabin for extra sleeping. Would the owners ever cpmsoder remtomg pit tje top. We have been coming up to Bass Lake for 45 years and have a good reputation (I think?)

Too bad the kitchen in the main house couldn't be switched with the cottage kitchen. The main house kitchen could stand an upgraded stove. The view of the lake and patio made up for it though.

We had another great vacation at Bass Lake. The Serrano property was perfect for our needs with two separate cabins. Hopefully, next year the lake level will be back up to normal which will make the beach in front of the property much more enjoyable.

furniture could be changed but don't raise the rent if you do. we like his home but its getting very expensive.

all was well with our trip.
could use more blankets need more ice trays need reading lamps particularily in bedrooms while the lounge chairs outside were an unexpected pleasure, a few plastic tables on which to place magazines etc would be helpful.

The yard needs some sprucing up as does the wooden deck above the lower patio. It felt as if it could possible come down easily because of the wood rot.

The house is lacking in amenities and was difficult to cook in. For future rentals I would inquire more to the kitchen tools available. With limited counter space and a refrigerator that opened toward the kitchen it was difficult to have more than one person in the kitchen. We had limited kitchen utensils and would probably rent something with a bit more on the amenities (washer and dryer) side in the future. The agency was great and solved our microwave issue as quickly as possible. The customer service was great!
