a Queen bed, 1 double roll-a-way bed and 1 double hide-a-bed. The lowest level is a living room/game room, it includes a beautiful living room set, a poker table, pool table, flat screen TV and a wet bar all overlooking the beach. Rents Saturday to Saturday
with 3 night minimums. All Seasons Rental. Amenities are air conditioning. cable TVs , VCR/DVD, local phone access, dial up internet, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, self-cleaning oven, 2 fireplaces, gas BBQ, deck with views of the lake and a private
dock. Use of car port; maximum parking 6 vehicles including a boat trailer. Rental Rates are based on number of occupancy under 14 people the rate is $6,000 for the week. 15 people and up to 24 the week rate is $7,000. 4th of July week for occupancy under
14 is $7,000 and occupancy of 15 and over is $7,500.00. NO PETS are allowed (forfeiture of security deposit if pet/pets are brought to property) AND NO SMOKING
