This spacious Bass Lake home has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths in the main house that sleeps 8 and a separate cabin right behind the main house that sleeps two. It's a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a full kitchen offering privacy for multi-family groups. The large back deck is set up for outdoor living and a fenced dog area makes this property ideal for vacationing with pets. Plenty of parking in front of the home or street parking! Short walk to Falls beach. Amenities include TV with ROKU, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, washer & Dryer, and propane BBQ. Main House Bedroom 1 has a CA King bed; Bedroom 2 has two twin beds; Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed; there is also a futon couch in the living room. Cabin has 1 Queen Bed.
NO SMOKING. One or two dogs welcome. $50 Pet fee and $100 Pet Deposit

    Very good, cabin fixtures were brand new which is nice and the cabin was clean with nice carpet. Great deck off back and pet friendly. Walking distance to lake, and you can even see a bit of the water through the trees.

    We had a group of 10-kids and moms. The home was very spacious and the guest house was a nice bonus. The deck was the amazing-it held seating for everyone and a grill. When not at the lake, this was where we lived.

    Place was comfy and met our needs. It would have been nice to have air conditioning since it was hot. Some of the windows didn't have screens so we couldn't open them because of the mosquitos! The door to the patio didn't have a screen so we weren't able to open it without the mosquitos coming inside the house. We brought plenty of bug spray but still weren't able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor patio as much as we liked. We were able to make burger etc with the gas grill provided which was nice. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and our looking forward to our next visit to Bass Lake.

    We had a good experience. Couple of negatives, the address of the house was not properly communicated, since we were to pick up the keys from the lock box. The house would have been real easy to find, if we had the address. The house was clean and in good condition. We had an issue with the kitchen drainage area, water got clogged. But the owner had come over tried to help out and he had a person come over in the morning to fix it. It was all good after that. Cozy house, internet connection, good set of towels, and kitchen ware.
