Lakefront home with private dock in popular Lake Shore Park that offers Private beach, Launch ramp, Picnic area, Horseshoe pits, Bathroom facilities, Trailer parking, and Forested Walking Trails! Property backs to forestry land, with seasonal stream, lake and forest views. Remodeled home with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, and lots of windows for natural lighting. Fabulous deck off the living area offers 800+- of outdoor space with a custom made dining table that seats 14! Main level offers 2 bedrooms with cal. king, 1 bath, living room, dining area and kitchen, upper level offers a family suite with built in captain beds, and queen bed plus a full private bath. Lower level has 2 bedrooms both with sliders leading to back yard and lake, a full bath, a bonus family room and laundry area. . Private boat dock and lots of trails to walk through the forest to the lake.

    My family had a wonderful weekend in Bass Lake. The house accommodated all 12 of us perfectly. It would have been perfect if the dock was directly in front of the house like the other properties instead of down the street. Also, the backyard needed to be cleaned up so my grandchildren could play on the play equipment. It was such a mess we didn't let them go outside which was disappointing to them. We did love the deck so much and the big table!

    Staff at Ditton Realty were professional and helpful throughout our stay. The home provided most amenities we wanted and was clean. Location was nice and required only a five minute walk to the private dock. Drawbacks: no DVD player in the house; the only TV was in a secondary living room downstairs, away from the main living area and inconvenient for our purposes. A community boat launch ramp is nearby, but not available to renters - only the owners themselves. We were told trash pick-up was scheduled for Wednesday and to have the barrels on the street by 7am. The trash was not picked up. A call to Ditton Realty resulted in a maintenance person hauling away the trash the following day. We had to take the next few days trash to Ditton's office upon check-out or be charged $50. Transporting those smelly bags inside my sedan seems like a crazy requirement of renters/guest - and not a pleasant memory to end a vacation. I would recommend this property with reservations noted above.

    We had a large family and it was a perfect getaway for us. The house is very nice and has all the amenties. Will definitely come back!
